Frequently asked questions

Which console should I choose?

Want two screens for DS, 3DS or a map next to your game? That's Thor. Prefer one big 7" 120 Hz screen, go 0din 3 Portal; the 0din 3 is the power pick in a classic layout. Still torn, ask us. We reply within a day.

Do games come preinstalled?

No. Every console ships clean with Android and Google Play. You install the games and apps you own.

How do firmware updates work?

Updates arrive over the air in Settings. Recovery files and drivers are on our Firmware page.

Can I return my console?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Details in our refund policy.
